I want to preface this post by saying that I am not a good plant parent. My friends and family will be quick to point out the now-deceased-plant babies in my life, but hopefully your thumbs are greener than mine.

#178 – Recycled Pockets
I know this is a random post, but life has been a lot busier since I started working, and crafting has sadly had to take a back seat. Instead, I thought I would walk you through one of the storage ideas I use in my room.
I did this with my Sunday School kids, and it turned out pretty well! I just ran the bookmarks through the laminator afterwards to provide an extra bit of durability.
Continue reading#160 – Glass Fused Dish
I’m going to be honest with you, I actually made this project a few years ago, but I’ve never had a chance to post about it until now. It’s so different from what I normally do, and I love trying new things. Glass fusing is one of those!
Despite testing out a lot of different planners over the years, I’ve found that I’m happiest when I get to customize my own. I’m excited for 2019, because it means I get to do a test run on this newest layout!
Continue reading#148 – Colour Block Mesh Bag
After these three weeks in Japan, I’m going to be stopping in Hong Kong to visit some of my extended family! My auntie and uncle have graciously opened up their home to my friend and me, so I wanted to thank them by making a special gift.
#133 – Luxury Blanket
If you recall, I previously had the chance to work with the yarn from TopKnot Style in a scarf, and I’ve always wanted to make a blanket with that yarn, but it didn’t make a lot of sense financially. When I saw that a friend was de-stashing some TopKnot Style yarn, I jumped at the chance to pick it up.
#120 – Journalling
When I was younger, I used to fill a journal every year, but somewhere in junior high or high school, I stopped doing it. It’s really such a shame, because I love looking back at my old entries. This entry isn’t really a “craft” in the strictest sense, but it’s something that definitely drives my creative process and personal growth.
#106 – Pottery
Ever since I stumbled across time lapse videos of pottery, I’ve really wanted to take some classes and try it for myself. I knew that it would be way harder than the videos made it seem, but I wasn’t quite prepared for how much I would enjoy it!
#102 – Gift Label
Is it finally acceptable to talk about Christmas? I’m not the light-up-Christmas-sweater-wearing type, but I do love the good energy that builds in this winter season as people get in the giving spirit. Related to that, I always seem to need gift labels. This was a fun way to repurpose old gift cards and make something functional all at once!
