I’ve been meaning to try and make an amigurumi Pokémon for the longest time, so when my friend’s birthday came up, I decided a stuffie version of his favourite Pokémon would be a sure hit. So a few months ago, I posted about a Kirby I had made for my friend, and I mentioned that I wanted to do more with it. Between school and the holidays, it took me a lot longer than I had expected, but here is the final addition – a little Yoshi “hat”, just as if Kirby had absorbed Yoshi in a game of Super Smash Bros.!
A couple of weeks ago, my friend sent me a picture and the following message: “Can you make something like this?”. My mind started going a million miles a minute, as I imagined the possibilities and options to put my own spin on the object.
